I hired Vadim to repair some windows that had been installed incorrectly by the builders of my apartment. It was a small job but I was having a hard time finding a contractor to complete the work. Vadim and his staff worked hard to find an affordable solution for me. He made sure to keep my place as clean as possible throughout the process and provided me with frequent updates on his progress. He explained the work he was doing and why he thought it would be affective at solving my problem.
I have had mixed results with contractors in Brooklyn – some do the bare minimum work, and others have quoted me outrageous prices for small jobs. Vadim was very open and communicative throughout the project. He was also very thorough – diagnosing the leaks, fixing them fully, and refinishing the windows good as new. I would highly recommend White Star and will think of them again when I need work done in my home.
