Vadim and his team are absolute professionals from start to finish. We did a gut reno of our bathroom in Brooklyn. After calling a few different contractors, Vadim was the most confident, very eager to satisfy and professional. His price was fair and he explained every component in his quote. He helped us when selecting the materials for the bathroom (tiles, fixtures, etc.) to bw sure they are the right fit and quantity and offered to pick them up as well. They were quick with all the paperwork and licenses so that I could pass onto my building, they sealed the rest of the apartment from dirt and dust during the construction and Vadim kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the process. They finished the job ahead of schedule, left the apartment pristine and have said they will come back for any touch up we may need. Vadim is super responsive and very knowledgeable about construction and building codes – not all contractors are, surprisingly! He is also just very kind, a good guy and proud of his work. I can’t recommend him enough and would happily hire him for any future project.
