What an exceptional contractor. Vadim and his team thoroughly overhauled our two-bedroom apartment – they sanded and revarnished the floor, retiled both bathrooms and put in new cabinets, refaced the kitchen cupboards and painted throughout. They got it all done quickly (six weeks from start to finish, despite the Christmas and new year holidays) and to a very high standard indeed. Everything is beautifully finished and we are delighted with the work. Vadim gave us tips on paint and tiles, picked up materials while we were away, and helped us save money in various ways. He phoned or texted us almost every day to keep us updated on the work, was very responsive when we contacted him, and generally went out of his way to give us what we wanted. The icing on the cake is that he is a very nice guy indeed – even our super agrees! We would heartily recommend him to anyone for any type of job.
