Vadim was incredible to work with. He is a perfectionist and his quality of work is remarkable. His ultimate goal is to make sure that you’re happy with the end result of your renovation. Our project was was one that was quite a headache for a contractor – in fact, I think that most other contractors would have walked away from the project. We had an incredibly challenging Super, Management Company and Co-op board to deal with throughout the process which made our renovation take longer than it should have. Vadim and his team were punctual, responsive and completed the project within the promised timeline. When people come to our apartment and ask how quickly we were able to complete the gut renovation of our kitchen (about 4 weeks) they are in disbelief. Vadim and his team are a pleasure – if you want a reliable crew, these are your guys.
