Needed to have my entire apartment repainted, toilets fixed, and some minor work around the apartment as our rental apartment had been occupied for the last 10 years. After calling, Vadim was kind enough to come that same day to give a general estimate of 5-6k and January as a potential start date. Definitely seemed honest and good at what he does. Unfortunately, when I emailed back the following week, I was told they’d be busy for the next 4-5 months.
