From our first email exchange, Vadim was by far the most responsive contractor I have encountered. He was always back in touch with me within a day, usually within a few hours.
Unfortunately after a month of planning, permits, etc., we had to cancel due to outside factors (namely the co-op board). Even though Vadim already spent considerable time and money on our project, he refunded our entire deposit. He is really a stand-up guy. If I ever get my project back on track in future, Vadim will certainly be my first call.
